For your convenience and to assist you with the application process, we have provided a secure, electronic version of the rental application.

  1. You may fill out the application online and print it.
  2. You may print the blank application and fill it out by hand.
  3. After completion, fax or bring the completed application to the rental office.

Depending on your connection speed, downloading the application form may take a few moments. Please be patient.

There will be an application fee of $25 per apartment, which covers all applicants over the age of 18. 
In order to be placed on an official waiting list for an available apartment, we also require a $100 holding deposit, which will be credited toward your total move-in costs. We will not deposit the $100 until we offer you an apartment, at which time you will have 72 hours to cancel.
